Mega Millions jackpot breaks to 400,000,000 Tuesday, July 4th, 2023; One ticket won the second prize

The Mega Millions grand prize increased because no player hit all 6 numbers from Friday night's 368,000,000 drawing. The next jackpot went to 400,000,000 for Tuesday night's drawing. The cash option will be $205 million. The numbers drawn Friday night, June 30th, 2023 were 13-22-47-51-55 with Mega Ball 09 and Megaplier x3.
While the grand prize was not awarded Friday evening, some people still walked away with huge pile of cash. There was a single lucky ticket correctly matched the first 5 numbers but missed Mega Ball number, which won the second prize. The one lucky ticket(s) purchased in TX, each won one quarter million dollar cash by matching all 5 white ball numbers.
Other prizes won Friday night included 18 tickets that matched 4 white ball numbers as well as the Mega Ball and won $10,000. Additional winners Friday evening included 345 tickets that matched 4 lotto numbers and won $500. There were 903 tickets that matched three white ball numbers as well as the Mega Ball and also won $200.
With nine different prize tiers, there were a total of 1,530,802 winning tickets sold nationwide in the Friday, June 30th, 2023 drawing.
