Monday night's Powerball drawing has yielded no jackpot winner for the $54,000,000 grand prize. With no player hit all 6 winning numbers in Powerball , Wednesday night's drawing will be worth $65,000,000 for a single winner. The lump-sum cash payout will be a projected $$31.4 million up for grab. The winning numbers from Monday, April 7th, 2025 drawing were 20, 23, 48, 59, 66 with Power Ball 04.
Though there was no grand prize winner Monday evening, some players still walked away with large winnings. A total of 5 lucky players won the third prize with or without Power Play option. There were 2 tickets matched 4+1 with Power Play option, multiplying the winnings by 4 for a total win of $40,000 each!
Additional prizes won Monday night included 118 tickets that matched 4 white numbers and won $100. 53 additional tickets of this prize level were also wisely purchased with the Power Play option that doubled winnings to $200 cash! There were 348 tickets that matched three white ball numbers plus the Powerball and also won $100. 112 additional players not only matched 3+1, but additionally purchased the Power Play option, doulbled the winnings to $200 cash each ticket.
With nine prize tiers, the Monday night's drawing created 295,208 winning tickets nationwide with a total amount of $0 prizes.
Powerball lottery is played in 42 states, D.C. and the US Virgin Islands. Powerball drawings are held 2 times a week every Wednesday and Saturday night at 10:59 PM Eastern Time. Each play costs $2. Players can choose to pay 1 extra dollar to purchase the Power Play option, which multiplies the winnings except jackpot. The odds of winning is about 1 to 32. The odds of matching all six Powerball numbers are 1 to 292,201,338. The minimum Powerball grand prize is $40 million. Its annuity option is paid in 30 graduated installments in 29 years. Winners may select one time lump sum cash payout option instead.
