No one hit the jackpot. Wednesday's Powerball jackpot builds to $116 million

Saturday night's Powerball lottery drawing has yielded no jackpot winner for the $104 million grand prize. With no one matched all six winning numbers in Powerball lottery , Wednesday night's drawing will be worth a projected $116 million for a single winner. The lump-sum cash payout will be a projected $80.6 million. The numbers from Saturday, April 24th, 2021 drawing were 22-36-48-59-61 and Powerball was 22. The Powerball grand prize has been growing for 125 draws since Saturday, February 15th, 2020. A single lucky winner from Michigan won the $70.00 million top prize in Wednesday, February 12th, 2020 drawing.
While there was no grand prize winner Saturday evening, some people still walked away with large winnings. 12 3rd prize winning tickets were sold nationwide. These included 6 tickets that matched four white ball numbers as well as the Powerball and won $10,000.
Additional prizes won Saturday evening included 288 tickets that matched four white ball numbers and won $100. 70 additional players not only matched 4 white ball, and also bought the Power Play option, double the prizes to a total win of $200 each! Additional prizes won Saturday evening included 670 tickets that matched 3 white numbers together with Powerball and won $100. 221 additional tickets at this prize level were also bought with the Power Play option that doubled the prize to $200 cash.
There were 48,854 Powewrball winning tickets sold in the state of Florida. Two tickets sold in Florida matched 4 lotto numbers in addition to the Powerball. These lucky ticket holders will collect $10,000 cash each. One ticket sold in Florida matched 4 white ball numbers as well as the Powerball with Power Play option purchased. The lucky ticket holder will collect $40,000. There were 100 lucky Florida winners won $100 prize by matching 4 or 3+1 numbers. There were 23 lucky Florida players won $200 prize by matching 4 or 3+1 numbers with Power Play purchased.
With nine prize levels, there were 534,444 tickets across the nation won $0 prizes in the Saturday, April 24th, 2021 drawing.
Powerball lottery is played in 42 states, D.C. and the US Virgin Islands. Powerball drawings are held every Wednesday and Saturday at 10:59 PM Eastern Time. The odds of winning any prizes is about 1 to 32. The odds of matching all six Powerball numbers are 1 to 292,201,338. The minimum Powerball grand prize starts at 40 million dollar. Its annuity option is paid in 30 yearly increment installments in 29 years. Winners can select one time lump-sum cash payout option instead.
