Massive Powerball jackpot up for grabs Wednesday night

The grand prize in America's favorite Powerball lottery game continues to go up exciting players all across the nation. Because nobody correctly hit all 5 lotto numbers and the Powerball number in Wednesday's drawing the grand prize will increase to an estimated $775,000,000! The cash value stands at an estimated $$362.5 million. The numbers from Monday, December 1st, 2025 drawing were 05-18-26-47-59 and Powerball number was 01.
While the jackpot was not awarded Monday evening, Powerball did produce some big winners. There were three lucky winners correctly matched the first 5 numbers but missed Powerball number, which won the second prize. The three second prize winning ticket(s) bought in CA(1), GA(1) and IL(1) won $1,000,000 cash.
Also, 20 tickets matched 4 of the 5 lotto numbers, plus the Powerball number. Those tickets are each worth $10,000. 5 additional tickets of this prize level were also wisely bought with the Power Play option that multiplied winnings 4 times to $40,000 cash! Other prizes won Monday evening included 411 tickets that matched four white ball numbers and won $100. 115 additional players not just matched 4 white ball, but also chose the Power Play option, double the winnings to a total win of $200 each! There were 1042 tickets that correctly matched three white ball numbers plus the Powerball and also won $100. 297 additional players not just matched 3+1, but in addition chose the Power Play option, doulbled the winnings to $200 cash each ticket.
There were 69,567 Powewrball winning tickets sold in the state of Florida. Two tickets sold in Florida matched 4 lotto numbers plus the Powerball. These lucky ticket holders will collect $10,000 cash each. 137 tickets were sold in the state of Florida which matched either 4 or 3+1 numbers. The lucky ticket holders will collect $100 each. There were 31 lucky Florida players won $200 prize by matching 4 or 3+1 numbers with Power Play purchased.
With nine different prize tiers, there were 784,073 tickets across the nation won a total of $0 prizes in the Monday, December 1st, 2025 drawing.
Powerball is one of the most popular lottery games in the U.S. sold in 44 participating states as a shared jackpot game.
