Wednesday's Powerball jackpot increases to $56,000,000; 1 second prize ticket sold

The Powerball lottery jackpot increased because no player hit all 5 lotto numbers and the Powerball number from Monday night's $44,000,000 drawing. The next grand prize built to $56,000,000 for Wednesday night's drawing. The cash value stands at a projected $$27 million. The numbers from Monday night, June 17th, 2024 were 30-48-53-58-66 and Powerball was 09.
Though the jackpot was not hit Monday evening, some players still walked away with big money. There was a single second prize winning ticket from Monday night's drawing, matching the first 5 white ball numbers but not the Powerball number. The 1 lucky ticket(s) bought in NJ, each won $1 million cash by matching all 5 white ball numbers.
