One ticket bought in AR won $249,000,000 Powerball jackpot in Monday night's drawing

A single lucky winner in AR matched all 6 numbers Monday and walked away with the $249,000,000 jackpot. The winning numbers from Monday, March 2nd, 2026 drawing were 02-17-18-38-62 and Powerball number was 20. The winner will have the option of annuity payments for the entire prize amount of $249,000,000, or the cash option of $117.2 million before taxes. The winning ticket holder is encouraged to sign the ticket, place it in a safe place and contact lottery officials as soon as possible. Jackpot winner has the chance to select the cash value of the jackpot while claimng the prizes. If the winner doesn't make choice, the payment option will revert to annuity by default.
