Saturday's Powerball jackpot increases to $183 million; 2 second prize tickets sold

There were no tickets sold matched all six winning numbers in the last multi-state Powerball draw, and the estimated jackpot for Saturday's drawing will rise to $183 million, according to lottery officials. The lump-sum cash payout will be an estimated $127.4 million. The winning numbers from Wednesday, May 12th, 2021 drawing were 01-19-20-38-54 and Powerball number was 17.
Although the jackpot was not hit Wednesday evening, Powerball did produce some big winners. There were 2 lucky players that correctly matched all 5 numbers and won the 2nd prize. The 2 second prize winning ticket(s) purchased in Florida(1) and Indiana(1) won 1 million dollar cash.
Other prizes won Wednesday night included 10 tickets that matched four white ball numbers as well as the Powerball and won $10,000. 4 additional tickets at this prize level were also wisely purchased with the Power Play option that multiplied winnings 4 times to $40,000 cash! Additional prizes won Wednesday night included 324 tickets that matched four white ball numbers and won $100. 98 additional players not only matched 4 white ball, and also chose the Power Play option, double the winnings to a total win of $200 each!
