Saturday's Powerball lottery grand prize leaped to $161,000,000, since no player hit all 6 numbers drawn Wednesday night. The lump-sum cash payout for Saturday will be an estimated $$75.2 million. Wednesday's $143,000,000 is the total grand prize amount - before taxes - if the prize is taken in annual installments. The winning numbers from Wednesday, May 29th, 2024 drawing were 17, 34, 56, 60, 61 and Powerball was 09. The Powerball grand prize has been rolling over for ten draws since Wednesday, May 8th, 2024. One lucky winner from FL won the 214,000,000 jackpot in Monday, May 6th, 2024 drawing.
Though there was no jackpot winner Wednesday evening, Powerball had some huge winners. There were a total of 5 third prize lucky winners. 1 additional tickets at this prize level were also wisely bought with the Power Play option that multiplied winnings 4 times to $40,000 cash!
Other winners Wednesday evening included 178 tickets that matched 4 white ball numbers and won $100. 49 additional players not only matched 4 white ball, but additionally bought the Power Play option, double the prizes to a total win of $200 each! 425 tickets matched three of the five lotto numbers, as well as the Powerball number.
