The jackpot in America's favorite Mega Millions lottery game continues to climb exciting players all across the country. Because no one correctly hit all 5 white ball numbers plus the Mega Ball number in Friday's drawing the jackpot will go to an estimated $198,000,000! The cash option stands at an estimated $$89.3 million. The numbers from Tuesday, August 12th, 2025 drawing were 01, 08, 31, 56, 67 and the Mega Ball was 23, Megaplier was .
While there was no grand prize winner Tuesday evening, some people still walked away with big money. A total of 6 lucky winners won the 3rd prize. These included 6 tickets that matched 4 white numbers together with Mega Ball and won $10,000.
Additional prizes won Tuesday night included 127 tickets that matched 4 lotto numbers and won $500. Other prizes won included 322 tickets that matched 3 white numbers as well as the Mega Ball and won $200.
With nine different ways to win, there were 411,800 winning tickets sold across the nation in the Tuesday, August 12th, 2025 drawing.
Mega Millions is a consortium involving 44 state lotteries. It holds the record biggest jackpot in North American lottery history.
