Even though the jackpot was not hit Tuesday evening, Mega Millions had some big winners. There was only one ticket that matched all five white ball numbers and won the 2nd prize. The one lucky ticket(s) bought in , each won one quarter million dollar cash by matching all 5 white ball numbers.
