The grand prize in the multi-state Mega Millions lottery drawing built to $302,000,000 for the Tuesday drawing. The cash value will be an estimated $$136 million up for grab. None of the tickets sold for Friday's $277,000,000 drawing matched six numbers. The winning numbers from Friday night, August 29th, 2025 were 13-31-32-44-45 with Mega Ball number 21 and Megaplier x. There was no jackpot winning ticket sold in the past 45 draws since Friday, March 28th, 2025.A single lucky winner from IL walked away with $344 million jackpot in Tuesday, March 25th, 2025 drawing.

Though the jackpot was not awarded Friday evening, Mega Millions did produce some big winners. There were a total of 8 3rd prize lucky winners. These included 8 tickets that matched 4 white numbers as well as the Mega Ball and won $10,000.

Additional winners Friday evening included 199 tickets that matched 4 white ball numbers and won $500. 523 tickets matched 3 of the 5 lotto numbers, plus the Mega Ball number. These tickets are also each worth $200.

With 9 different ways to win, there were 658,036 winning tickets sold nationwide in the Friday, August 29th, 2025 drawing.

Mega Millions is a consortium associated with 44 state lotteries. It holds the record largest jackpot in United States lottery history. Each play costs $1. In some states, players can choose to spend $1 extra to purchase the Megaplier option, which multiplies the prizes 2 to 5 times but not jackpot.
