The Mega Millions multi-state lottery jackpot leaped to $95,000,000 (lump-sum cash payout $$41.6 million) Tuesday night when there were no jackpot winners in the $77,000,000 drawing, lottery officials said. The winning numbers from Friday night, January 10th, 2025 were 09, 23, 39, 65, 66 with Mega Ball 22 and Megaplier 3.

While the grand prize was not awarded Friday evening, Mega Millions did produce some big winners. There were a total of 10 third prize winners. These included 10 tickets that matched 4 white ball numbers plus the Mega Ball and won $10,000.

Additional prizes won Friday night included 186 tickets that matched four white numbers and won $500. Other prizes won included 477 tickets that matched 3 white numbers as well as the Mega Ball and won $200.

With nine different prize levels, there were 807,514 winning tickets sold across the nation in the Friday, January 10th, 2025 drawing.

Mega Millions is a consortium of 44 state lotteries. Each play costs $1. In some states, players can choose to pay 1 extra dollar to purchase the Megaplier option, which multiplies the prizes 2 to 5 times but not jackpot. The overall chances of winning any prizes are about 1 to 14. The odds of winning Mega Millions grand prize are about 1 in 302 million. The minimum Mega Millions advertised jackpot is 40 million dollar. The annuity option is paid in 30 equal yearly payments. Winners may choose one time lump-sum cash payout instead.
