Friday's Mega Millions jackpot rises to $47,000,000; Four second prize tickets sold

The Mega Millions game grand prize has been pumped up to an estimated $47,000,000 (cash value $$21.8 million) for the next drawing in the multistate lottery game Friday night. The grand prize amount has been rolled over because no one matched all 6 winning numbers to take the $30,000,000 jackpot Tuesday night. The numbers from Tuesday, June 11th, 2024 drawing were 01, 05, 07, 22, 24 and the Mega Ball was 08, Megaplier was 4.
Though there was no jackpot winner Tuesday evening, Mega Millions did produce some big winners. There were four lucky tickets correctly matched all five lotto numbers but missed Mega Ball number, which won the second prize. The four second prize winning ticket(s) bought in GA,MA,NY,PA won $1,000,000 cash each.
Other prizes won Tuesday night included 18 tickets that matched four white ball numbers plus the Mega Ball and won $10,000. Other prizes won Tuesday night included 501 tickets that matched four lotto numbers and won $500. 1107 tickets matched 3 of the 5 lotto numbers, plus the Mega Ball number. These tickets are also each worth $200.
With nine ways to win, there were a total of 846,638 winning tickets sold across the nation in the Tuesday, June 11th, 2024 drawing.
