Friday's Mega Millions jackpot rolls up to $72 million; One ticket won the second prize

There were no tickets sold hit all 5 lotto numbers and the Mega Ball number in the last multi-state Mega Millions lottery draw, and the estimated grand prize for Friday's drawing will move to $72 million, lottery officials announced. The cash value will be $50.2 million up for grab. The winning numbers from Tuesday, June 29th, 2021 drawing were 07-38-50-52-69 and the Mega Ball was 21, Megaplier was 3. There was no jackpot winning ticket sold in the past 383 draws since Tuesday, October 17th, 2017.The last jackpot was won by one lucky ticket sold in New York, matched all six numbers for a $104 million top prize.

While there was no jackpot winner Tuesday evening, Mega Millions did produce some big winners. There was a single lucky winner matched all five white ball numbers but missed Mega Ball number, which won the second prize. The one second prize winning ticket(s) sold in will collect $1,000,000 cash each.

Other prizes won Tuesday night included 9 tickets that matched 4 white numbers plus the Mega Ball and won $10,000. Additional prizes won Tuesday night included 210 tickets that matched 4 lotto numbers and won $500. 627 tickets matched 3 of the 5 lotto numbers, as well as the Mega Ball number. These tickets are also each worth $200.

Mega Millions is a consortium associated with 44 state lotteries. Approximately 50% of the Mega Millions sales goes back towards the players through prize winnings.
