A person in IL won the $344,000,000 FL Mega Millions lottery drawing Tuesday night. The winning numbers from Tuesday night, March 25th, 2025 were 01-05-17-39-62 with Mega Ball 08 and Megaplier X2. The winner can either take a cash option worth $161.5 million before taxes, or choose to receive 30-year annuity option with annual payment about $13.23 million before taxes. The winning ticket holder is encouraged to sign the ticket, place it in a secure place and get in touch with lottery officials as soon as possible. Jackpot winner has the opportunity to select the cash value of the jackpot while claiming the prize. If the winner does not make choice, the payment option will revert to annuity by default.
In addition to the grand prize won on Tuesday, Mega Millions generated many more happy winners walked away with large winnings.
