Because no one correctly matched all six winning numbers in Tuesday's drawing the grand prize will go to $497,000,000! The cash value stands at a projected $$229.5 million. The numbers from Friday night, September 26th, 2025 were 04, 21, 27, 33, 49 with Mega Ball 21 and Megaplier X.

Though there was no grand prize winner Friday evening, Mega Millions did produce some big winners. There was a sole ticket that correctly matched the first 5 white ball numbers and won the 2nd prize. The one lucky ticket(s) sold in , each won $1,000,000 cash by matching all 5 white ball numbers.

In addition, 6 tickets matched 4 of the 5 lotto numbers, plus the Mega Ball number. Those tickets are each worth $10,000. Other prizes won Friday night included 246 tickets that matched four white ball numbers and won $500. Other prizes won included 577 tickets that matched 3 white numbers together with Mega Ball and won $200.

With 9 different prize levels, there were a total of 625,648 winning tickets sold across U.S. in the Friday, September 26th, 2025 drawing.

Mega Millions game can be played in 43 states and Washington DC. Mega Millions drawings are held every Tuesday and Friday night at 7:59 p.m. Pacific Time. The minimum Mega Millions grand prize is $40,000,000. The annuity option is paid in 30 equal yearly installments. Winners may choose one-time lump sum cash payout option instead.
