Huge Powerball jackpot up for grabs Saturday night

The lottery official announced that the Wednesday, July 1st, 2026, POWERBALL's drawing resulted in a rollover, producing a $396,000,000 grand prize for the next drawing Saturday. The lump-sum cash payout stands at an estimated $$180.2 million up for grab. The numbers drawn Wednesday night, July 1st, 2026 were 02, 06, 26, 39, 68 and Powerball was 06. The Powerball jackpot has been growing for 26 draws since Monday, May 4th, 2026.
Although there was no grand prize winner Wednesday evening, some people still walked away with huge prizes. There was only one lucky ticket matched all five lotto numbers but missed Powerball number, which won the second prize. The one second prize winning ticket(s) sold in CA won $1,000,000 cash.
Other prizes won Wednesday evening included 6 tickets that matched four white ball numbers plus the Powerball and won $10,000. 3 additional players not just matched 4+1, but also bought the Power Play option, multiplying the winnings by 4 for a total win of $40,000 each! Also, 224 tickets matched four of the five lotto numbers. Those tickets are each worth $100. There were 78 tickets matched 4 white ball with Power Play option, doubled the prizes to a total win of $200 each! Other prizes won Wednesday evening included 680 tickets that matched 3 white numbers plus the Powerball and won $100. 221 additional tickets of this prize level were also bought with the Power Play option that doubled winnings to $200 cash.
There were 38,496 Powewrball winning tickets sold in the state of Florida. There was one lucky Floridaer matched 4 lotto numbers as well as the Powerball and won $10,000. There were 70 lucky Floridaers won $100 prize by matching 4 or 3+1 numbers. 27 tickets were sold in the state of Florida which matched either 4 or 3+1 numbers with Power Play. The lucky ticket holders will collect $200 each.
With nine different prize levels, the Wednesday night's drawing created 469,384 winning tickets across the nation with a total amount of $0 prizes.
America's favorite Powerball is played in 42 states, D.C. and the US Virgin Islands. Powerball drawings are held 2 times a week every Wednesday and Saturday night at 10:59 p.m. Eastern Time. To play Powerball, pick 5 numbers from a set of 69 then choose 1 Powerball number from 1 to 26. Each play costs $2. Players can choose to pay 1 extra dollar to purchase the Power Play option, which multiplies the prizes but not grand prize. The minimum Powerball advertised jackpot is 40 million dollar. Its annuity option is paid in 30 yearly increment payments. Winners may choose one time lump-sum cash payout option instead.
